FIT2BE CANCER FREE

Keeping active can help lower the risk of developing cancer. Each spring, the American Cancer Society brings together CEOs, executives, and workplaces across the country for Fit2Be Cancer Free, a nationwide step-tracking initiative designed to encourage healthy living and cancer prevention in the workplace.

The initiative includes the 1 Day CEO Step Challenge, where CEOs and executives lead by example and motivate thousands of coworkers to get moving, as well as a three-week virtual step-tracking challenge that engages employees, friends, and communities. Together, participating organizations promote healthier lifestyles and demonstrate that when it comes to the fight against cancer, cancer is everyone’s business.
